Terms of service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Quidflo website and application at quidflo.com, provided by Quidflo. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. Early-access service

Quidflo is in early development. Features may be incomplete, may change or may be removed, and the dashboard currently shows sample data. The service is provided "as is" and is not yet intended to be your only record of your accounts. Please keep your own copies of important records.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Not professional advice

Quidflo is software. Nothing in it or on this website is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your tax and filing obligations. Speak to a qualified accountant if you are unsure.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the early-access service.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or change or stop the service. We will update the date above when terms change. You can stop using Quidflo at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring claims in your local courts.
