Quidflo is built on a true double-entry ledger. Every posted transaction has matching debits and credits, and posted entries can't be quietly changed later. If something needs correcting, you reverse it and post it again, leaving a clear trail.
Money is stored in pence rather than as decimals that can drift, so totals add up exactly, every time.
