About Quidflo
Quidflo is accounting software built for the UK. Our tagline, Accounting that flows, is the whole idea: bookkeeping should move smoothly from the first invoice to the year-end reports, without you needing to fight the software.
What we believe
Simple on the surface, rigorous underneath. You should be able to send an invoice and see your profit without learning accounting jargon. But the numbers have to be right, which is why Quidflo is built on a proper double-entry ledger.
History shouldn't be rewritten. Once an entry is posted it stays. Mistakes are corrected with reversing entries, so there is always a clear record of what happened and who did it.
Honest about progress. Quidflo is in early development. We tell you what works today and what's still to come, and we don't claim features we haven't built.
Built for the UK. UK nominal categories, VAT, pounds and pence, and the way UK businesses and their accountants actually work.
