Quidflo is online accounting software for the UK, built for sole traders, limited companies, bookkeepers and accounting practices. It is built around a proper double-entry bookkeeping engine, so your numbers are right underneath as well as on the surface.

Quidflo is in early development. You can create an account and look around the dashboard, which currently shows sample data. Invoicing, bills, banking, journals, VAT and reports are being built in stages, and the features page shows what is live and what is coming.

We have not set prices yet. We will publish simple pricing on this site before launch. The pricing page shows what comparable UK software costs today.

UK sole traders, limited companies, bookkeepers and accounting practices. It is designed to be simple enough for people who are not accountants, and rigorous enough for those who are.

Yes. Every posted transaction has balanced debit and credit entries, and posted entries cannot be silently edited. Corrections are made with reversing entries.

Not in the first version. You will import statements as CSV files and match them to your records. Direct bank connections may come later.

Quidflo is being designed with digital record-keeping in mind. Making Tax Digital submission is not available yet, and we will say clearly on this site when it is.

The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed rather than in plain text, and access to the app requires you to sign in. See the security page for more detail.

Exporting reports to PDF and Excel is part of the reports plan. We will add full data export as the product matures.
